We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  

• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  

• Proof of purchase is required
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where applicable.
